(More customer reviews)This is a wonderful and concise book. It includes a small history/description of Hungarian cooking at the beginning, which is incredibly well stated. It has basically all of the traditional recipes, ranging from soups and salads, through to desserts. Most are accompanied by excellent pictures as well. I highly, highly recommend this book for anyone interested in Hungarian cooking, and especially for people (like me) who would like a compendium of recipes from their heritage. This is absolutely the best Hungarian cookbook I have seen. Enjoy!
