(More customer reviews)My late wife Diane, of British ancestry, bought Aphrodite's book as a way of better understanding and being able to prepare the Greek foods that I grew up with in our Greek-American home. As a home economist whose specialty area was foods, she dove right into the book, and was making foods that would melt any yayia's (grandmother's) heart. I have since purchased copies for my sons, so that they and their very American wives can carry on the good eating.
