Rachael Allen appeared recently on Create. An off~shoot of pbs regular food shows.A delightfull Lady to watch And have cooked/baked recipes from Her.This book is also an off~shoot of Ms.Allen's programming. There are delightfull characters All Abounding with Terrific Recipes.A great purchase if interested in Any U.K.Foods.Ms.Allen is from the Famed,"Ballymaloe Cookery School".Very inviting and quite accessible. Love her recipes.Just beginning with this book. Yet,with Ms.Allen involved, cannot go wrong!Rachael Allen is a young Mum with 2 boys and seems to 'get it'that Time Cooking & Baking takes away Precious Moments with Family and Friends. Nothing takes too long, flavours are great and these are more accesible since Grocery Markets have gone Global.Try a few recipes from Her "Mates" on this programming. I guarantee this will be a book you keep And get Requests for Recipes.Look at the cost of this on other similar websites, They charge Twice as much because of British Pound & Euro versus American Dollar...Stay with Amazon and Their Partners!
