(More customer reviews)Somehow cannot seem to get the true Jamaican taste here. This book scomes extremely close. I love the book and the recipes are not hard. This is probably the best Jamaican cookbook I have owned so far. Be sure to read the recipes before hand as some of them have to be done overnight to really get that seasoned taste.
