I wanted to write down the recipe to bring home, but after looking through the cookbook I found so many good recipes that I had to buy it instead. I bought two books, one for myself and one for my daughter as an upcoming wedding gift. The recipes are well written, the ingredients are easy to find, and the soups and salads are perfect for a family. Nothing stuffy about this cookbook, just comfort and good eating.
