(More customer reviews)This cookbook really should be in every kitchen. This isn't your grandmother's cookbook. The book is in full-color, the recipes are updated and modern, easy-to-follow, and they work. I made a delicious hollandaise sauce the other day and it was surprisingly easy. Last weekend I made a carrot cake, including the icing, and it was a big hit at my dinner party. Now, instead of thinking "Where will I go for dinner tonight," I think, "What can I make for dinner tonight." Do yourself a favor and add this great cookbook to your kitchen library.
