(More customer reviews)This is a handy book for the kitchen, showing how to care for produce, or how to substitute one ingredient for another when you are out of something.
The real puzzle is that this book is a freebie when you buy "Secret Food Cures." However that book is sold without the freebies (2 books, 3 pamphlets), so I guess the seller is too greedy to do it right.
On the other hand, if you want this book, and not the others, this is for you.
