(More customer reviews)Great book- period. Stop wasting your time bouncing all over the place, pick this up and start eatin'. This book has a funny section at the bottom of the page which give you suggestions and interesting tips. Ex. The Jungle French Toast sticks were okay. Mine came out mushy, but we had fun making them. At the bottom of that page there is a tidbit: "GET MOVING..see how long you can jump rope without getting tangled,,,". The Not Too Scary Berry Pancake states "In New Jersey blueberries are the official state fruit", etc. Each page with the tips leaves you with great chats with the little one before, during and after cooking. They also have these cute full or half page stories to go with each meal designations: breakfast, lunch....
BUT, when it is all said and done these are just icing on the cake. The book itself has great recipes, and my 4 yr old and I try to pick one out every Wed to make together. It becomes a big family affair that is fun, hands on, educational, and tasty.
