This cookbook is a great all-around cookbook, whether you are a novice or experienced cook. The book features gourmet-tasting, yet easy-to-make recipes that anyone can master. Some of my favorites are the garlic-mashed potatoes, spinach lasagna, turkey meatloaf, and chocolate mousse pie. This is my most-used cookbook because it always has a perfect recipe for any occasion, whether I need to cook a quick dinner after work, or plan a dinner party. There are also plenty of pictures in the book of finished dishes, which helps the reader to visualize the recipe. I think this book would be especially valuable to a young couple or family who need a solid book of foolproof and delicious recipes for any occasion. Highly recommended!
