(More customer reviews)This cookbook is easy to use with satisfying meals for the vegetarian or meat eater alike. There are no weird, hard to find ingredients which is a complaint I see come up a lot in reviews of vegetarian cookbooks. The Maple Sesame Tofu recipe made me change my mind about tofu from bearable to staple meal. This book is not written by the newest hollywood star gone vegan or the premier vegetarian chef but it is written by a cook who knows food on a spiritual level and it would be a great addition to your collection. These are recipes you would use everyday.
