(More customer reviews)I bought this cookbook in like 1995 in Houston, Texas. It's followed me to Boston and three houses in Chicago. Everything in it is terrific. She uses authentic ingredients and methods. The results are better than many chinese restaurants I've eaten at. Thank you Helene Siegel.
