This book has recipes ranging from your ordinary buttermilk pancakes, whole wheat pancakes, and oatmeal pancakes to more exotic sweet potato pancakes and gingerbread pancakes. Best of all, they are all delicious. There are also pancakes from around the world- several variety of crepes, aebleskiver, dutch babies as well as flavored syrups that are quick and easy to make.
