(More customer reviews)This is one of the out-of-print books I replaced after Katrina. She has such a folksy, gossipy style of writing, that you do feel like she's right there. It has turned out to be one of those "go-to" cookbooks, where I check other books' recipes against Dinah's. Both plain and fancy food, and beautiful descriptions.
