Lots of recipes that are easy to prepare, low in fat, low in calories & high on flavor. Recipes also include Italian, Thai, Chinese dishes.... Meats, chicken, poultry, lamb & fish as well as vegetables & deserts. Food counts are given for calories, fat, fibre, nutrients, etc. Lots of practical advice re: substitutes, buying ingredients & nutritional guidelines. Simple enough to use every day for weight loss & good health. Tasty enough for the whole family.
